Robert Fredrick "Rob" Paulsen III (born March 11, 1956), also known as Rob Paulsen, is a voice actor, comedian, actor and singer who voices Professor Cyrus and numerous incidentials in the Adventure Academy shorts. He also voiced Mr. Tundrala, a Weather Gnome and some incidentials in the episode "Transylbabies".
He is best known for providing the voices of Ralphael and Donatello from the 1987 cartoon and 2012 cartoon respectively of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Yakko Warner and Dr. Otto Scratchansniff from Animaniacs, and Pinky from Pinky and the Brain and Animaniacs (which Kyle worked on in Startoons). In 2018 he will voices Rat and Rabbit from Nickelodeon's new series Sky Rat, which now included a new one, a unknown primate from Sky Rat's spin-off like I Am Weasel.
