Phillip Elias "Phil" LaMarr (born January 24, 1967) is an American actor, voice actor and impressionist who voices Noville in Mighty Magiswords. He also regularly voices the character Long James. He also provided the voice of Sidney and other additional voices in the episode, Bad Bad Cop.
He was one of the original cast members on the sketch comedy series MADtv, and has had an extensive voice acting career, with major roles spanning animated series Justice League, Justice League Unlimited, Futurama, Samurai Jack, Static Shock, The Life and Times of Juniper Lee, and Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends.
