Paul L. Schrier II (born June 1, 1970) is an American actor and director who voices Flonk in the Mighty Magiswords short, Flonk Stakes.
Outside of Magiswords, he is known for playing Bulk on Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers as well as Power Rangers Wild Force, Power Rangers Samurai and Power Rangers Super Samurai.
Coincidentally, Kyle is a Power Rangers/Super Sentai fan and recorded Paul with former Power Rangers actor, Johnny Yong Bosch.
