Bill Kopp (born April 17, 1962) is an American animator, cartoonist, director and voice artist who provided the voice of Man Fish the Fish Man in the Mighty Magiswords TV series. He also voiced an eel, who like Man Fish, debuted in the episode, Potion in the Ocean. He also voiced Seaslug-chan in the episode "Unconventional Dolphinism" and King Chilidonut in "The Incredible Tiny Warriors".

Kopp is one of Kyle's inspirations and was the creator and voice of Eek! The Cat, Mad Jack the Pirate, Toonsylvania and the creator of Kyle's favorite show, The Shnookums and Meat Funny Cartoon Show.
